Some Bee Creative Nature products are cosmetics or personal-care products.

Accordingly, where a Bee Creative Nature product:
* Was supplied with an appropriate hygiene or protective seal;

* Has been unsealed after delivery,
we may be unable to accept its return under the statutory right of withdrawal.
This exception will only be applied where the legal requirements for the hygiene exception are met.
Simply opening the external shipping box or packaging does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal.

## 8. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if:
* Your product arrives damaged.
* You receive a product different from the one ordered.
* An item is missing from your order.
* Your product appears defective.
* Your product does not correspond to its description or otherwise appears not to conform to the contract.

## 9. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
EU/EEA consumers have statutory rights where goods are defective or do not conform to the sales contract.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to remedies including:
* Repair or replacement where appropriate;
* A price reduction; or
* Termination of the contract and a refund.
For new goods covered by EU consumer rules, a minimum two-year legal guarantee generally applies.
This statutory guarantee is different from the 14-day right to change your mind about an online purchase.
## 10. Handmade & Natural Variations
Bee Creative Nature products are handcrafted in small batches and primarily use ingredients of botanical and bee-derived origin.
Natural ingredients and artisanal production can result in slight variations between batches, including differences in:
* Colour.
* Aroma.
* Texture.
* Shape.
* Appearance or finish.
Minor natural variations of this kind do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.
However, this does not limit your rights if a product is genuinely defective, damaged, unsafe or does not correspond to what was advertised or ordered.
## 11. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the information.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, additional costs associated with redelivery may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.
## 12. Unclaimed or Refused Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, delivery was repeatedly unsuccessful or the customer refused delivery without exercising an applicable statutory right correctly, please contact us.
We will review the circumstances of the order and inform you of the available options.
Any deduction for additional shipping or return costs will only be made where permitted by applicable law.
Refusing delivery does not automatically replace the requirement to clearly communicate your decision to withdraw from a purchase where such notification is legally required.

Because Bee Creative Nature serves customers internationally, return arrangements may vary depending on the country from which your order was placed or fulfilled.
Please do not automatically return European orders to our address in Mexico.
